Some items on this website are subject to restrictions for transport and/or ordering. For example, fragrances are considered by delivery organisations to be Hazardous because they are flammable. Blades are only available to those over 18 years old, so we may ask you to confirm your age when checking out.

Sharps, Razors and Blades
You may be challenged for your Date of Birth on checkout when ordering a bladed item, it is mandatory that you complete the request. Without it your order will be cancelled. It is requested that you use a credit card and NOT a debit card as you need to be 18 to own a Credit Card. If we are unable to verify, we may cancel your order without notification or contact you to provide a photograph of your Driving Licence or Passport, which must be accompanied by a utility bill addressed to the same address you are using for delivery of your item.
These items need to be transported with consideration and each carry specific requirements for packaging and presentation. They also require more personal information to be provided at checkout, including:
- Cannot despatch to a Post Office PO Box or PackStation.
- A mobile phone number including international dialling code (for example +441135132200) must be supplied at the time of checkout. Without this, you risk your order being cancelled.
Hazardous Goods
Items that are considered to be hazardous include (but may not be limited to): Aftershave, Eau de Cologne, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum, Body Oils, Candles, Reed Diffusers. These items need to be transported with consideration and each carry specific requirements for packaging and presentation. They also require more personal information to be provided at checkout, including:
- Cannot despatch to a Post Office PO Box or PackStation.
- A mobile phone number including international dialling code (for example +441135132200) must be supplied at the time of checkout. Without this, you risk your order being cancelled.
These requirements are the requirements of the delivery companies that carry your goods, not ours. We must ensure these requirements are met and regrettably in some cases, it means we must use less desirable non-eco packaging types, for example plastic bags and bubblewrap (any packaging peanuts used are wheat based products and biodegradable).
We can despatch Hazardous Goods to most countries worldwide as we have been accredited to do so. You should be aware that within the EU, we can despatch with a Road based carrier service to most countries (not all). Outside these countries we will have to despatch with an Air service, which can be fairly expensive (but very fast).
