How to Use Olaplex

Since launching N°3 hair perfector, Olaplex has expanded its range to include 9 equally benefit-driven products, each powered by the patented bond-building technology. While N°1 and N°2 are in-salon treatments, the remaining 7 hair strengthening at-home products work to rebuild your hair and protect it from all types of damage. Follow these steps for the perfect salon-quality hair routine. 

N°0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment

Inspired by Olaplex’s in-salon treatment, N°0 is a primer that amplifies the effects of N°3 for maximum repair. 

Use: Use before N°3 Perfector to get the most out of the treatment. Apply to dry hair, fully saturating each section.

N°3 Hair Perfector

After N°0 treatment, use N°3 Hair Perfector to reduce breakage and visibly strengthen hair while improving its look and feel.

Use: Weekly, or for extremely damaged hair, 2-3 times a week. Dampen hair and apply from roots to ends.

N°4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo

Wash out your N°3 hair treatment with N°4 bond maintenance shampoo. The formula repairs and protects hair from everyday stresses, including damaged hair, split ends and frizz by re-linking broken bonds.

Use: Every wash, concentrate on roots.

N°5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner

Follow the N°4 shampoo with N°5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner to deeply moisturise the hair, leaving it easier to manage, shinier and healthier with each use.

Use: Every wash, after N°4 shampoo. Focus on ends and distribute evenly.

N°6 Bond Smoother

After washing, apply N°6 Bond Smoother leave-in cream to damp, towel-dried or dry hair. The highly concentrated formula strengthens, moisturizes, and eliminates frizz for up to 72 hours. 

Use: After every wash on damp or dry hair from mid-lengths to the ends.

N°7 Bonding Oil

Use: Daily, or before heat exposure. Can be applied to wet or dry hair.
